% 03.02.2017 Crl.M.A. 1987/2017 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. CRL.M.C. 445/2017 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not press the present petition but only seeks extension of time in depositing the amount of ₹20 lakhs as directed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Para 8 of the order dated 16th January, 2017. Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice. The petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of ₹20 lakhs with the Reader of the learned Trial Court within three weeks. The said amount be now deposited within a period of further two weeks. CRL.M.C. 445/2017

Rest of the conditions imposed in the order dated 16th January, 2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner would remain same.
