Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for setting aside the Order dated 27.10.2021 wherein while hearing the Bail Application of Respondent No.2, directions have been issued as under:- "I am conscious of my limited role, However, I am equally conscious of the fact that courts of this country cannot afford to turn a Nelson's eye towards the transactions wherein crores of rupees exchanged hands apparently for dubious purposes. Consequently, I deem it appropriate that the concern agitated by the Ld. Defence counsel and Ld. Addl. PP needs to be addressed. Accordingly, concerned Assistant Commissioner, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Income Tax and Assistant Director, Enforcement Directorate are requested to apprise this court as to what action has been initiated at their end to verify the source of income." 2.
It is submitted that these directions be modified. 3.

There is no infirmity in the impugned Order wherein the Court has simply directed the Income Tax and the ED to ascertain the source of the income in respect of which the Complainant has filed the Complaint.
