The Petitioner has impugned the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner dated 9th December, 2021, whereby the stay application of the Petitioner against order dated 14th October 2021, passed by District Magistrate, evicting the Petitioner from the subject property bearing No. X399, J.J. Colony. Camp No. 1, Nangloi, Delhi-110041, has been dismissed for non-prosecution. The fact that the Petitioner has been evicted was taken note of by this Court in order dated 17th October, 2022. 2.

Since then, whenever the matter has been called out, there has been no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. This is noted in orders dated 24th February, 2023, 10th August, 2023,16th January, 2024, 3rd April, 2024 and 9th August, 2024.
