% 10.05.2016 By this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No. 743/2014 under Section 135 of Electricity Act, 2003 Police Station Kalkaji, New Delhi. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner apprised this Court that the petitioner in this case has expired and in support of his contention, he has filed a death certificate. Since the petitioner - accused in the present case has already expired, therefore the proceedings against him stand abated. No further orders are required to be passed in this case. The present petition is disposed of as such.
