The accused/applicant seeks bail in case FIR No. 156/2024 of PS Chanakayapuri under Section 78 BNS read with Section 12 &14 POCSO Act and Section 67B IT Act.

Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that while running his grocery shop, he used to click with his mobile phone pictures of chest and buttocks of girls who would come for purchase. The explanation advanced on behalf of accused/applicant is that he used to click the pictures so that he may show the same to parents of the concerned customer girl and claim costs of grocery. Admittedly, a number of photographs do not depict face.
