% 12.03.2026 Further to what was recorded in last order dated 05.02.2026, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has handed-up a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner, which shows that he has passed-away on 03.01.2026. The same is taken on record.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed-of as infructuous, since the criminal proceedings against the petitioner would stand abated. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
