By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 07.04.2025, passed by the learned Roster Judge, ASJ, Patiala House Court in M. No. 36/2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the learned Trial Court vide order dated 30.05.2023 while granting bail to the petitioner herein had imposed one of the conditions that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in the concerned police station i.e. PS Vasant Kunj on every 1st The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Monday till the trial is completed. It is further stated that on the application of the applicant, the condition was modified vide order dated 10.11.2023 to the extent that the applicant will mark his presence once in a month on every 15th day to the concerned police station having jurisdiction of area of his residence. The condition of order dated 10.11.2023 was further modified on 15.02.2024 that applicant will mark his attendance once in a month on every 1st day at the concerned police station of his residence. It is also stated that in the light of the fact that the chargesheet in this case has been filed, the said condition be modified.

Since chargesheet in this case stands filed, the said condition stands deleted. However, in case of any change of address or phone number, the petitioner will inform the Investigating Officer (IO) concerned and the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 7.
