The instant application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff seeking withdrawal of the civil suit.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. CS(OS) 535/2024 4.

In view of above, the instant civil suit is permitted to be withdrawn in terms of the prayer 'a' of the aforesaid application i.e. I.A. 15418/2025. 5.

Accordingly, the civil suit, along with pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The date already fixed i.e. 08.07.2025 before Joint Registrar stands cancelled.
