Criminal Miscellaneous Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.')/read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of the criminal complaint in CT CASE/2778/2023 filed under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

The Complaint itself has been challenged on account of various defects. On query, it has been informed that the Summoning Order has already been made against the Petitioner, which he has not chosen to challenge.
