By virtue of the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of CC No.15239/2018 registered under Sections 138/142 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 primarily on the ground that the signature on the concerned cheque is not of the petitioner herein. 2.

Since, the same, prima facie, is a matter of trial and is to be urged before the learned Trial Court, the present petition is per se not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, without adverting to the merits involved, seeks to withdraw the present petition.
