Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of Order dated 07.12.2021 passed by learned MM, Mahila Courts, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, vide which the warrants of attachment against the Petitioner/ JD were issued through SHO, PS: concerned.

Respondent has not been served.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that present Petition has become infructuous, as the Application under Section 12 DV Act in respect of which this Petition was filed, has been dismissed and an Appeal is pending before the learned Sessions Court.
