The petitioner impugns order dated 22.09.2017, whereby proceedings under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) have been initiated against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court for recall of the proceedings under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C.

In view of the above, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
