File is placed before this Court on office note in terms of order dated 31.07.2025 for releasing the amount to the decree holder subject to furnishing the bank guarantee.

Mr. Bharat Bhardwaj working as Senior Manager with Deutsche Bank, Connaught Place, New Delhi Branch virtually joined the proceedings and his statement has been recorded with respect to verification of the bank guarantee.

Mr. Bharat Bhardwaj has stated that the bank issued BG no. 917BGG2500124 on 06/11/2025 for a sum of Rs.85,61,98,722/- (Rupees Eighty Five Crores Sixty one Lakhs Ninety Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Two Only) and the same is valid upto 05/11/2026.The same has been issued at the instance of M/s Primetals Technologies India Pvt Ltd in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. He has identified the bank guarantee as Ex.BG/DH/X-1. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Ex.BG/DH/X-1 is found in order and the same is hereby accepted. Decree holder shall keep the BG alive during the pendency of the present proceedings. The banker has submitted his signed statement for issued bank guarantee along with photocopy of his employee id card virtually.

Registry is directed to release the amount to the decree holder as directed in order dated 31.07.2025 of the Hon9ble Court.
