This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 9 months for making and publishing the award. 2.

It is stated that the matter is complicated and hence, the delay. 3.
