This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 1 and a half years for making and publishing the Award.

It is stated that there were 3 references before the Arbitral Tribunal and hence, the delay.

The period till today stands regularized.
