As previously directed, upon receipt of court notice through the SHO, Ms. Kum Kum Kapoor, Plaintiff-in-person, is present in court. She submits that her firm M/s K.K. Bros. (Plaintiff No. 2) is no longer operative. On account of closure of the business, Ms. Kapoor states that she is not interested to continue with the present suit, and requests that the proceedings be accordingly closed.

Mr. Sushant Singh, counsel representing the Plaintiffs, confirms the stand taken by Ms. Kapoor.
