The present petition impugns order dated 20th July, 2023 whereby Petitioner's request for grant of furlough was rejected. As substantial time has lapsed since then, counsel for the Petitioner states that he would file a fresh application for seeking furlough. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioner, to reapply for seeking furlough in FIR No. 484/2003 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at PS Adarsh Nagar, Delhi, 2.

As and when such an application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application.
