Crl. MC 762/2016 Vide this petition under Section 440 Cr.PC read with under Section 482 Cr,PC, petitioner seeks reduction of surety amount.

As per the order, the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge.

That being so, for any reason if the petitioner is not in a position to furnish the surety bond to the extent of the amount as ordered, he shall approach the concerned Court at the first instance.
