O R D E R

% 12.02.2016 The present writ petition praying for a direction to the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for a period of three months, is hereby dismissed, since it assails an order passed by the competent authority as far back as on 15th September, 2015 and the circumstance that the petitioner has been released on furlough for a period of two weeks w.e.f. 30th October, 2015 to 13th November, 2015.

However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to apply to the competent authority afresh at an appropriate stage.
