1. The appellant no.1, who appears in person, submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court and Mediation Centre on 24.02.2025. A copy of the said settlement agreement dated 24.02.2025 has been placed on record. He, therefore, prays that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions from the respondent who is present in Court submits that the respondent has entered into the aforesaid settlement out of his own free will and therefore, hands over the keys of the suit property in West Patel Nagar, New Delhi to the respondent in Court.

the appeal in terms of the settlement agreement dated 24.02.2025 making it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the settlement.
