We have perused the order dated 25th August 2025. 2.

In view of the observations made by this Court in para no.10 and para no.14 of the said order, it is brought to our notice through a status report submitted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Delhi (Economic Offences Wing) that the offence which is punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been registered through an FIR vide No.156/2025.
