The limited grievance canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that an appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908 before the Registrar (District MagistrateNorth)/respondent no.2 against a refusal order dated 01.05.2024 (refusal to register the certificate of sale for the property located at Khasra No. 39/14 and 17, Bawana Road, Samaypur, Delhi in favour of the petitioner herein) passed by the Sub-Registrar, VI-E Libaspur, Delhi has not been decided and there has been an inordinate delay in respect thereof. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent accedes that the appeal shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.

Let the Appellate Authority make an endeavour to decide the same within a period of three months from today.
