Present petition has been filed challenging the five tenders issued by respondent no.2 on the ground that the tender conditions disallow exemption to Micro and Small Enterprises and Startups qua past experience and turnover.

However, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would be satisfied in the event petitioner no.1's representation dated 29th July, 2024 is decided in accordance with law expeditiously. Keeping in view the limited relief sought by the petitioners, present writ petition along with the pending applications is disposed of with a direction to the Director (Education) to decide the petitioner no.1's representation dated 29th July, 2024 in accordance with law within four weeks. This Court clarifies that it has not commented on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. In the event the petitioners are aggrieved by the disposal of the said representation, the petitioners shall be at liberty to agitate their grievances in accordance with law.
