Petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to consider and decide his application for being released on furlough. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is not aware about the date of that application and has not filed a copy thereof.

Learned ASC accepts notice and submits that according to their records, an application for furlough was filed by the petitioner and the same is pending.

After some discussion, as requested the petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and decide the pending application of petitioner for release on furlough and convey the decision to the petitioner within three weeks.
