This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking the following prayer: A.
Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, thereby Directing transfer of investigation in FIR No. 122/2025, U/s 64(1)/3(5) BNS, PS Najafgarh, from P.S. Najafgarh to the Crime Branch, Delhi Police or any other independent and competent agency.

order, or direction, thereby directing the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to strictly comply with guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Nipun Saxena v. Union of India[(2019) 2 SCC 703] and other guidelines, and to ensure that identity of the petitioner, being a victim of sexual offences, is not disclosed or circulated in any manner whatsoever, and further, to refrain from making defamatory inquiries or statements that could harm dignity and reputation of the petitioner; C.
Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, thereby directing the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to provide adequate protection to the petitioner and her family, including physical security and protection of her life, liberty, and dignity, in view of the continuous harassment, intimidation.

Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under circumstances of the case may kindly be also passed in favour of petitioner and against respondents, in the interest of justice. 2.
At the very outset, the ld. ASC states that the investigation has been completed and the chargesheet has already been filed and, therefore, the petition has become infructuous.

In view of the fact that the final report has already been filed in the matter, the ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

The statement made by ld. Counsel is taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the directions that the identity of the victim must be protected and kept confidential.
