% 21.07.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground of maintaining social ties and also to sell property bearing No. 290, Double Storey, New Rajinder Nagar, 1st Floor, Delhi and to buy another property of a lesser value.
Address of the petitioner has been verified by the State. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. During parole period, petitioner shall not leave the territorial bounds of Delhi and report to the SHO of police station Rajinder Nagar once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am.
After completion of parole period he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendent. A.K. PATHAK, J.
