The present petition has been filed seeking directions to hold the ongoing lift installation in Block -7 of Kadambari Society, due to safety and health concerns.

2.

Today, this Court is informed that the construction work for installation of the lift is already complete. Further, the lift is already operational.

3.

Accordingly, it is to be noted that the prayers made in the present writ petition have become infructuous.

4.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek its legal remedies, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the installation and operation of the lift in any manner.
