The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the Show Cause Notice dated 24th January, bearing reference number F.No.DRI/AZU/CI/ENQ-39/(INT- 25/2016)/2017 issued by the Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. 3.

Today, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the decision in Review Petition No. 400/2021 titled Commissioner of Customs v. M/s Canon India Private Limited, he wishes to withdraw the present petition.
