% 04.03.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of Sole Arbitrator.

Mr. Krishanu Adhikary, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, he has no objection if an Arbitrator is appointed for adjudicating the disputes and differences between the parties. Noting the said submission, this court appoints Ms. Tara Ganju, Adv. as the Sole Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. Her appointment shall be regulated under the Rules of DIAC. The parties are at liberty to appear before the learned Arbitrator after taking prior appointment on her mobile number being 9810076224. Petition stands disposed of.
