% 13.02.2020 None is present on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter having been passed over once and called a second time.

The present writ petition pertains to unauthorised construction in and around Tuglaqabad Extension Colony by ten persons. By order dated 07.11.2019, this Court directed the petitioner to implead the concerned persons against whom orders were being sought, as parties. Till date no application has been filed for the purpose.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. We make it clear that this order will however not stand in the way of the petitioner filing a fresh writ petition on the same subject matter, impleading all ten persons against whom allegations of unauthorised construction have been made and against whom orders are sought.
