Mr. Satish Kumar Tripathi appears on behalf of petitioner and seeks to withdraw the instant petition on the ground that there has been partial compliance by respondent.

He further states that grievance of petitioner will ultimately have to be considered by the second Town Vending Committee (TVC). 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty given to petitioner to revive it, in case of any continued infraction. 4.
