Petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Section 530 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing the Orders dated 03.07.2024 and 05.07.2024 of learned JMFC, District South West, Dwarka Courts, Delhi. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner had appeared pre-lunch and thereafter, had chosen not to appear.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner was insisting that the learned trial court has pushed the counsel to furnish the security of Rs.50,000/- while cancelling the NBWs. However, neither of the two Orders, reflect any such direction was given to the learned counsel. The NBWs were issued on 03.07.2024 since the Petitioner had failed to appear and his Exemption Application was dismissed. Likewise, in the Order dated 05.07.2024, NBWs have been cancelled and Bail Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount was directed again. There is no infirmity reflected in the Order dated 05.07.2024.

There is no merit in the present Petition, which is hereby dismissed and disposed of accordingly. Pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
