The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present petition.

It is submitted that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts Delhi, wherein the respondent has agreed to make One Time Settlement of Rs. 5,00,000/- payable to the petitioner in two equal installments in terms of the settlement. Further, the parties have also agreed for divorce by mutual consent.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the present petition is dismissed, as withdrawn, in view of the Settlement Deed dated 19th January, 2024.
