In compliance of order dated 12th November, 2024, Respondents have filed an affidavit vide diary no. 5391339/2024. In the said affidavit, Respondent No. 1/ Employees State Insurance Corporation1 has categorically stated that with a view to put a quietus to the litigation, they have agreed to revoke the penalty of blacklisting and also return earnest money deposit subject to the Petitioner's agreement to pay the legal expenses incurred by them.

The legal expenses have been estimated by ESIC amounting to INR 70,000/-.

Counsel for the Petitioner is agreeable to pay the legal expenses. 1 "ESIC"

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the following directions:
(a) The Petitioner shall, within a period of one week from today, make the payment of INR70,000/- in the name of ESIC, which shall be deposited with counsel for ESIC.
(b) On receipt of the said payment, ESIC shall, within one week thereafter, issue a formal order of revocation of the blacklisting order dated 25th October, 2022, and return the earnest money deposit amount to the Petitioner.
