Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff seeks liberty to withdraw the instant civil suit with further liberty to file it afresh after resorting to the provisions of Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.

Though, there are certain objections being raised on behalf of the defendants, however, the Court accept the prayer of the plaintiff. 3.

Liberty, so prayed for, is granted.

The instant civil suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
