% 23.03.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking directions to the respondents to accord notional seniority to the petitioner from the date the selected candidates of the selection panel, 2009 were given appointment in the Bankey Bihari Vidya Mandir School along with pay protection and arrears of money.

Mr.Lave Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is incomplete and necessary parties have not been impleaded.

He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
