The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Section 276 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking a grant of probate/letter of administration in respect of the Will dated 10th October, 2018 of Late Sh. Kartar Singh which was duly registered by the Sub-Registrar, Delhi, bequeathing all his movable and immovable properties in favour of his four daughters/the petitioners herein.

Today, Ld. Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the disputes are between the family members and they have already resolved their disputes outside the Court. Therefore, she wishes to withdraw the present petition. 4.

A settlement agreement dated 13th February, 2024 (hereinafter, 'settlement agreement') has been placed on record. The terms of the agreement inter alia are that the parties have agreed to withdraw the present case in terms of the settlement agreement and the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 6th November, 2023.

The Court has perused the terms of the settlement agreement. The Court is satisfied that the terms of the settlement agreement are lawful and there is no impediment recording the same. Accordingly, it is recorded that all parties and any other parties acting for and on their behalf shall be bound by the terms of the settlement agreement.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement. All pending applications are also disposed of. PRATHIBA M.
