Parties are present in person (through VC) along with their respective counsels. It transpires that visitations are substantially taking place on the appointed time at Karkardooma Courts.

However, there are two grievances firstly, by the petitioner, who states that the respondent is interfering in the interaction between the petitioner and the child. It is made clear that this Court had passed an order on 15th November 2022 in paragraph 3 in this regard, and the respondent shall comply with the same.

The other grievance is by the respondent/wife, who states that petitioner has on some occasions failed to inform in advance if he was unable to attend the visitation at the appointed hour. 5.

The petitioner, who is present, also undertakes that he will give prior intimation at least 24 hours in advance in case he is unable to come at the appointed hour, in order that the respondent/wife and the child can make their adjustments.

Upon undertakings of both the parties, the petition is disposed of. 7.

In the opinion of this Court, both the petitioner and the respondent, instead of collaborating constructively, are quarrelling on trivial issues of visitation, not keeping interest of the child in mind. 8.

It is made clear that the visitation will take place at the Children's Room, Karkardooma Courts as directed.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
