The present writ petition has been filed seeking the direction to respondent nos. 1 to 5 to stop and demolish the illegal and unauthorised construction raised by respondent nos. 6 & 7 at petitioner's property bearing no. G-43A, Main Road, Muradi Road, Khasra No. 110, Batla House, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025, admeasuring 49 sq. yds. 2.

This Court notes that two status reports on behalf of respondent no. 1Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") are already on record, wherein, various actions taken by the MCD against the unauthorised construction in question, have been detailed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has also received a third status report two days back, wherein, further action taken by the MCD has been detailed. He submits that as per the said third status report, further action is now fixed for 28th July, 2025, in respect of the W.P.(C) 13205/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Thus, this Court notes that substantive action has already been taken by the MCD, and that further action is also fixed. 5.

Accordingly, the MCD is held bound to remove all the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question. 6.

It is directed that in case the owners/occupiers of the property in question, are aggrieved by any action of the MCD, they shall be at liberty to seek their remedies, in accordance with law.

The action taken by the MCD shall also be duly uploaded on the website of the Special Task Force.

Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

The present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly, disposed of.
