The present matter has been listed by virtue of the Office Note dated 04.02.2026 in view of the error crept in the order dated 03.02.2026 qua the number of FIR mentioned therein.

Considering the inadvertent mistake, the order dated 03.02.2026, wherever necessary, is rectified/ modified to be read as "FIR No.134/2025".

Needless to say, the order dated 03.02.2026 shall be read in consonance with the present order.

Accordingly, the aforesaid office note dated 04.02.2026 stands discharged.
