Bail Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 301/2024 under Section 109(1)/324(3)/332(C)/3(5)/191(2)/191(3)/238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Kalindi Kunj. 4.
