% 23.10.2019 This is an appeal against the judgment dated 11.02.2019 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CS No.10372/2016 whereby a decree for possession and arrears of rent/mesne profits/damages have been passed by the learned trial court.

During the course of arguments the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and it is submitted the appellant shall vacate the premises on or before 28.02.2020 and shall hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the premises to the respondent herein. The appellant shall also pay the arrears of rental as also the mesne profits as determined by the learned trial court in its judgment on or before 28.02.2020. Electricity and water charges shall be payable as per actuals. An undertaking to this effect shall be filed

within two weeks from today.

The appeal along with pending applications, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the above.
