Learned SPP for the CBI submits that since the Charge Sheet has already been filed and the case it at the stage of framing of charge, the present Application is not being pressed at this stage. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is hereby disposed of with the directions to the respondent to cooperate in an expeditious manner. 4.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
