% 02.08.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 21st September, 2015 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 1358/2014.

The admitted position is that the aforesaid Division Bench's order has been stayed by the Supreme Court.
