The present Appeal, filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent Act read with Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, challenges the Judgment dated 12.11.2021, passed by the learned Single Judge in case bearing W.P.(C) No. 9504/2021, titled "RGV Infratech Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. v. Indian Bank Erstwhile Allahabad Bank & Ors.". 2.

Learned counsel for the Appellants and Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 (Indian Bank) are ad-idem that in view of sanction of Appellants' request for One Time Settlement dated 08.10.2025 ["OTS"], the present Appeal should be disposed of, with liberty to the parties to file an application for revival in case the terms of the OTS are not adhered to.
