This hearing has been conducted through hybrid mode. 2.

The present matter has been received on office note, in view of the letter dated 25th April, 2026, received from the learned Trial Court seeking extension for a period of six months.

The operative portion of the order dated 07th July, 2025 of this Court reads as follows:

"6. Keeping in mind the facts presented on record, and with the consent of both the sides, the present petition is disposed of with request to the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose of the applications moved under Order VI Rule 16 CPC, as well as the aspect related to injunction within a period of eight weeks from the date it takes up the matter."
