The present applications have been moved by the appellant stating inter alia, that vide Memorandum of Settlement dated 23.12.2019, both sides have amicably settled all their disputes, on the respondent paying to the appellant, a sum of Rs.16 lakhs in full and final settlement of all claims between them. The other terms and conditions of the settlement have been recorded in paras 2 to 12 of the Memorandum of Settlement.

Mr. Neeraj Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and confirms on instructions from his client that he has signed the Memorandum of Settlement dated 23.12.2019 and has brought a Demand Draft bearing No. 758839 drawn on Canara Bank, Raja Garden, New Delhi in the name of the appellant, for a sum of Rs.16 lakhs, which is handed over to her through counsel.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that since the respondent has now paid the agreed amount, she may be permitted to withdraw the present appeals.

The present applications are allowed and disposed of. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement as recorded in the Memorandum of Settlement. As a consequence thereto, the appeals are also disposed of as not pressed alongwith pending applications.

The dates already fixed in MAT.APP.(F.C.) 36/2018, MAT.APP.(F.C.) 37/2018 & MAT.APP.(F.C.) 38/2018 stand cancelled.
