The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. The contemnors be summoned under section 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, for their willful disobedience of the order dated 04.10.2024, passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) NO. 13969/2024 and contempt proceeding may be initiated against them. b. Direct Respondent No. 1 to 3 to take immediate and effective steps for the complete demolition of the unauthorized construction at property No. H. No. 650, Third Floor, West Parmanand Colony, Delhi110009, in compliance with the demolition orders. c. Pass strict directions against Respondent No. 1 to 3 for their deliberate and continuous inaction despite multiple complaints and court orders, and impose appropriate penalties for their contemptuous conduct.
d. Direct Respondent No. 4 to immediately cease all unauthorized construction and restore the affected properties to a safe and lawful condition.
e. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition necessary action has been taken by the respondents and in view of the same does not wish to press the present petition.
