% 26.02.2020 fhe present petitions have been filed by petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.222/2019 for offences punishable under Sections 498A/313/323/34 IPG registered at Police Station Sangam Vihar, Delhi. It is not in dispute that main accused in the present case is husband of complainant and he and complainant are staying as husband and wife after the incident in question.

N, - Petitioner Shahnaz Khan is sister-in-law (Jethani) and petitioner Anjum Asgar is brother-in-law (Jeth) of complainant. Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that present case is fit for anticipatory bail. SHO/ Arresting Officer/IO concerned, is hereby directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners/applicants shall be released on bail on following terms and conditions ;- (i) Petitioners shall furnish personal bonds in the sum of ?15,000/- with one surety each in the like amount subject to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/SHO/IO concerned;
(ii) Petitioners shall cooperate with investigation and make themselves available for interrogation by police officer, as and when required;
In ease of default of aforementioned conditions, the State is at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. Before parting with the order, it is relevant to mention that nothing contained in this order shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.
Application stands allowed and disposed of.
Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master. Copy of this order be transmitted to SHO/IO concerned for necessary compliance.
