The Court appreciates the fact that the Indian School (Morning Shift) in this case has adopted a proactive approach and has granted admission to the petitioner in deference to the request made by the petitioner. Mr. Gupta, learned Counsel for the respondent-school also submits that the school is willing to treat the petitioner as a regular student in the EWS category and impart education in terms of the RTE Act.
